Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Repulse Co is not responsible for packages once they’ve been handed off to the shipping carrier. Any disputes regarding lost or delayed packages should be filed directly with the carrier.

To minimize shipping issues, we’ve compiled answers to our most frequently asked questions below.


How Long Is Shipping?

All orders ship within 1–5 business days of purchase, unless marked as a pre-order.
All items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days


Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes — we ship to over 170 countries worldwide!
Please ensure all international addresses are written in English, as some local carriers may return packages that are not.

We currently cannot ship to:
Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe.


Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees or Duties?

For international orders, your country may charge additional customs fees or import duties before releasing your package.
These fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Repulse Co does not cover or reimburse these charges.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. If your order is held, check your mail or email for notifications and contact your post office for assistance.


How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also check your order status from the confirmation email page.


I Received a Tracking Number, But It Hasn’t Moved.

Tracking numbers are created when your shipping label is generated.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the courier to scan your package and update tracking information.


My Tracking Hasn’t Updated, or My Order Hasn’t Arrived.

If it’s been more than 7 days (U.S.) or 21 days (international) since shipping, please:

  1. Review your tracking info for the latest update.

  2. Contact USPS or your local carrier for updates.

  3. Check your local post office to see if your package is being held.

If there’s been no update for over 21 days, your package may be lost or stuck in transit.

My Package Is Stuck in Customs.

Packages may be delayed at customs due to unpaid taxes or import duties.

What to do:

  • Check your email or mail for customs notifications.

  • Contact your local post office for updates.

Customs delays are beyond our control, but most packages clear shortly after processing.


What Happens If My Package Is Returned to Sender?

If your package is returned, contact info@repulsegaming.net. You can:

  • Have it resent (additional shipping costs apply), or

  • Receive store credit for the order value (shipping excluded).

Common reasons for returns:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Vacant or inaccessible address

To prevent this, double-check your address before completing checkout.


My Package Was Stolen, Damaged, or Lost in Transit.

Repulse Co is not responsible for packages once shipped.
However, all U.S. shipments include $100 of insurance coverage.

If your package was stolen, damaged, or lost:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. If the carrier cannot help, email us — we’ll do our best to assist.


My Order Says “Delivered,” But I Never Received It.

Once a package is marked Delivered, Repulse Co is not liable for loss or theft — but we’ll do everything possible to help.

Steps to take:

  1. Wait 3–5 business days — sometimes carriers scan packages early.

  2. Check with neighbors or building staff.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

  4. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to info@repulsegaming.net.


I Entered the Wrong Address or Ordered the Wrong Size.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it — but changes aren’t guaranteed.
Please email us as soon as possible with your request.
Once your order ships, no changes can be made.


Can You Combine Multiple Orders?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders. Each order will ship individually.


I Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam or junk folder.
If there’s no email, your order may not have processed successfully.

Please contact info@repulsegaming.net with your name and address to confirm your order status.
If you entered the wrong email, provide your order number and we’ll resend the confirmation.


I Received a Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Item.

If your package arrived damaged, contact the shipping carrier to open a dispute.

If the contents of your package are incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us at info@repulsegaming.net.
We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution right away.
