YOUR GENERAL MANAGER FOCUS

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Repulse Gaming, working with multiple aspects of the organization
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure the success of events and community projects
• Assist other staff positions and managers by providing helpful insights for projects
• Schedule staff meetings, video recordings, and training sessions
• Lead team activities with Repulse Gaming players and creators, providing networking opportunities
• Work with roster managers to keep up-to-date bookkeeping and roster analytics
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when assisting with customer support or community support

THE REQUIRMENTS

• Strong history as an esports manager, preferably in the Fortnite industry
• Experience in day-to-day operations and project management
• Strong understanding of management administration, especially in the video gaming industry
• Extremely organized and able to effectively communicate with others at a professional level
• Knowledgeable in handling customer or community inquiries and complaints
• Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate good communication skills, and receive constructive criticism
